Turnaround Time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. If you need something out faster, email us ASAP before purchasing and we’ll see what kind of magic we can work. Questions? Ask first—we love that.
Insurance & USPS Stuff
All packages are insured up to $100. Once your order is in the hands of USPS, it’s officially on its own little journey. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll need to contact USPS directly to file the insurance claim.
We’re not able to file claims on your behalf, but if you need help gathering order info or documents, email us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
One Order = One Order
Once an order is placed, we cannot add items or combine orders. We pack by order number with multiple hands on deck, and this system keeps things from going sideways. Please double-check your cart before checking out—future you will thank you.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item (oops), email us hello.outonthelawn@gmail.com within 3–5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and a quick description so we can help fast.
Cancellations & Shipping Labels
If you cancel after a shipping label has been printed, the shipping cost is not refundable. Once a package is dropped at the post office, it’s officially in USPS territory. While we insure all packages, Out On The Lawn. LLC isn’t responsible for lost or damaged items once they’re shipped.
Marked as Delivered but Not There?
If tracking says “delivered” but your package is playing hide-and-seek, you’ll need to contact your local post office to track it down.
