Return Policy (a.k.a. Let’s Be Real)

All sales are final.

We sell vintage, one-of-a-kind finds that have already lived a little life. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Once it leaves our lawn, it’s officially yours.

We do our best to photograph, measure, and describe every piece accurately—flaws, quirks, and all—so please read the details and check measurements before purchasing.

That said, if your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing (hey, it happens), reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right. Hit us up at hello.outonthelawn@gmail.com

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In the event we do accept your return request, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello.outonthelawn@gmail.com.
