Weekends meant yard sales, flea markets, curbside treasures, and the thrill of discovering something unloved… and seeing the potential in it.
The Pretend TV Show
Somewhere between a dusty thrift aisle and the trunk of an ’80s car, we joked that we should have our own TV show. The concept? Two friends hunting for forgotten gems and giving them new life.
Out on The Lawn - On Location
We committed to the bit. We “took the show on location,” filming pretend episodes in our heads (and occasionally out loud). Every lawn became a set. Every find became a plot twist.
The Aesthetic Before
Aesthetic Was a Thing
Vintage TVs, backyard barbecues, grass-stained sneakers, sun-bleached
afternoons—our vibe existed long before mood boards. We were creating a world
without realizing it.
The Spark That Stayed
Life moved forward. Degrees, careers, families...but that spark never left.
The ideas we tossed around between yard-sale tables stayed with us.

website, pop-ups, and the collections we’ve lovingly curated and created.
Out on the Lawn Today
Out on the Lawn is no longer a pretend TV show.
It’s a creative house, a brand family, a lifelong friendship, and a celebration
of finding beauty in unexpected places.
And just like back then, we’re still out on the lawn, dreaming up what’s next.
